services

Where other engineers see risks, we see opportunities to innovate. We treat engineering and design holistically, working with architects as co-creators to develop inventive structural and facade solutions that open new spatial possibilities and advance the design intent. We offer a full range of structural facade, and MEP/FP services for projects including stadiums and arenas, museums, academic buildings, mixed-use towers, and commercial developments.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

We have extensive experience in steel structures, including long-spans, connection design and fabrication modeling.  In addition, we have expertise in concrete and timber design, including towers and complex structures. We specialize in the use of technology to optimize design and processes, including it in our approach from design through construction.

FACADE ENGINEERING

Our facades team make great envelope designs come to life. Our services range from concept design, design development, construction documents, bidding, observation of manufacturing and field visits.  We oversee facade testing, as mockups or in-situ.  We can help you choose the best-fit solution for your project.

MEP/FP ENGINEERING

Our MEP/FP studio is highly experienced in designing and delivering building services for a range project types, including large-scale commercial and residential developments, school and university facilities, cultural buildings, and data centers. We use methods like optioneering and technology like virtual reality mock-ups to deliver sustainable, efficient, and high-performing systems.

PEER REVIEWS

We offer peer reviews for structural integrity, constructability and for the identification of potential cost savings.  Clients for these services include authorities having jurisdiction, owners and architects. We are well positioned to review designs for code compliance as well as for potential cost and schedule savings.
