Brooklyn Made Complex Renovation

This project combines two existing building in Bushwick into a new performance venue and creative space for Brooklyn Made, adding to the event producers existing campus.

The structural engineering of the project involves demolishing the existing roof and installing a new roof at a higher elevation, including extending and reinforcing the columns and underpinning foundations. More, a cellar level and new elevator shafts will be added, and the existing roof will be analyzed to verify that it can support audio/visual equipment including rigging, trusses, lights, and more.
