One of several projects HGE is working on with SCA, K358 is a new three-story field house building in Gravesend. We are providing facade and above-grade waterproofing design assist services.

Our scope of work for this project involves coordinating with SCA's in-house design team to provide above-ground waterproofing design assist services for design documentation through turn-over documents. The project involves the design and detailing of a UHPC rainscreen wall for the building. We are also consulting on the exterior wall assembly and providing detail drawings to ensure the design meets wind-load criteria, accommodates differential movement, and provides optimal thermal and solar performance.
