Yale University - Ray Tompkins House (LEED Gold Target)

A renovation of a historic building on the Yale campus, preserving character-giving features while providing a modern high-performance building compliant with all relevant codes and Yale design standards.

This project is set to provide an efficient, flexible, highly functional and innovative utilization of space in the Ray Tompkins House, with the consideration of peer facilities found within other Ivy League athletics programs. The goal of this project is to create a renovation with efficient operations comparable to what is achievable in new construction, and ensure compliance with Yale’s rigorous and forward-thinking design standards.

Upon completion, the Ray Tompkins House will be designed to meet the LEED Gold v4.1 standard, and to be zero carbon ready without the purchase of energy offsets.
