We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-driven Marketing Coordinator who thrives on collaboration, enjoys telling compelling stories through design and content, and is ready to make an impact. If you have experience in marketing for an engineering or architecture firm, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the creative engine that helps us win exciting new work and showcase our portfolio to the world:

• Partner with our Principals and leadership team to craft standout proposals for new projects.

• Lead the production of proposals and qualifications packages (mostly in InDesign), coordinate deadlines, and keep projects on track.

• Design and produce visually stunning presentations, portfolios, and brochures that help us shine.

• Write and edit engaging marketing content, from project descriptions to award submissions.

• Keep our website and social media channels fresh and engaging.

• Maintain our marketing library of images, templates, and collateral—organized, accessible, and ready to impress.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Marketing, or Graphic Design.

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in an engineering or architecture environment.

• A sharp eye for design, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with grace.

• Mastery of InDesign and skill in PowerPoint; bonus points for other creative tools.

• A collaborative spirit, excellent organization, and the confidence to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

• Salary range: $70,000 – $100,000
